Peace Of Mind Dental Staffing was founded to ensure continuity, professionalism, and stability within the dental staffing sector. Viveen initially became involved in supporting her sister-in-law’s agency during a period of transition, assisting with operations and maintaining relationships with practices and nurses. During this time, she discovered she genuinely loved all aspects of the work, the responsibility and most of all the opportunity to support both practices and staff.
Following her sister-in-law’s passing, she chose to continue the work to ensure that the commitments, standards, and partnerships already in place were upheld.
As a qualified nurse, Viveen brings a clinically informed, patient-centred perspective to staffing. Her background in healthcare underpins her focus on professionalism, presentation, and compliance ensuring that every nurse representing Peace Of Mind Dental Staffing meets the expectations of modern dental practices.
